CASE-ing the Catty Artistic Expression - CTC43

I have had this stamp set for a little while but it has not seen ink until I made this card, it uses a technique I don't do very often emboss resist as it usually is used with a lot of vintage design cards which don't come naturally from me.

You may have come from Julia Quinn or you might be starting here, but don't forget to hop to all the posts as you will love what everyone has designed this week.

I changed my card from the square one featured below to the normal C4 size so I can include it in a standard envelope.

I randomly stamped in Versamark and the embossing in clear embossing powder and with a little sponging in Wild Wasabi, Garden Green, Crushed Curry and Island Indigo which I blended them all together.

Stamp Set: Awesomely Artistic, Crazy About You
Ink: Versamark, Wild Wasabi, Garden Green, Crushed Curry, Island Indigo
Cardstock:  Crumb Cake, Crushed Curry, Whisper White
Accessories:  Clear Embossing Powder, Heat Tool, Big Shot Die-Cutting Machine, 1" Circle Punch, Button, Gold Twine, Project Life Cards and Labels Framelits, Hello You Framelits

Close up of the emboss resist technique.

It now time to hop over to Elizabeth Gross and her card this week.

If you have any problems hopping around, please check out the crew's creations below:
